Our client wanted the roof colour to match a new company colour scheme.
The roof was cleaned using a pressure washer, treated with anti fungicide solution and then had 2 coats of Renotec Roof Coating applied.
We were recently tasked with the job of spraying a roof at a Mcdonald's in Manchester. We were able to complete the job with minimal disruption to the busy operation which allowed the McDonald's restaurant to continue trading and the work was completed swiftly meaning they could get back to business as normal within a few days. We only use the best materials that allow us to offer an Ironclad Guarantee, for this project we used a German system called Renotec, this is designed for porous roof tiles and will last a minimum of 10 years.
As this was a very busy site we needed to put safety measures in place to ensure that the job ran smoothly.
Once the safety was in place we started to clean the surface with a high pressure petrol pressure washer.
It is important to kill any spores that may be left after the pressure washing process.
Once the roof was fully cleaned and treated we were able to apply 2 Coats of Renotec Roof Coating.
We manufacture innovative paints and coatings for professional users and consumers. With an output of over 100 million items a year, we are also the largest producer of paint aerosols in the world.
